Design education in colleges and universities is an important link and main position of aesthetic education.Art exhibition directly demonstrates the ability of performers,and exploring the application of high-level art exhibition in education reform has become the main trend of design education reform in colleges and universities.By analyzing the connotation and interrelationship of art exhibition and design education reform,this paper gives play to the vanguard role of art exhibition in design education reform.In the later stage of practice,it is necessary to steadily promote the evolution of art exhibitions into universities and society from four aspects:building exhibition platforms,encouraging cross-disciplinarity,building campus brands,and coordinating social resources,so as to optimize the teaching structure and teaching methods of design education and teaching.Deepen the reform of design teaching,optimize and upgrade through high-level art and design exhibitions,and constantly innovate,so as to achieve the educational goal of fostering morality and educating people.
