Taking the wooden carvings of Yangmei Ancient Town in Nanning as the research object,this paper uses the research method of schema language to arrange the wooden carvings of Yangmei Ancient Town in order and transform the schema words,and forms three categories of the basic element schema of the first-level system,the spatial unit word schema of the second-level system and the diversified sentence schema of the third-level system,and constructs the schema language system of Yangmei Ancient Town wood carvings.It provides support for the data comparison of wood carving in Yangmei Ancient Town,and promotes the inheritance and development of wood carving art in the existing ancient buildings of Ming and Qing dynasties.
