Tourism Image Perception and Optimal Design of Traditional Villages Based on Tourists'UGC Data:Taking Dangjia Village in Hancheng City along the Yellow River as an Example
With the advent of the era of big data,UGC content constructed by tourists through online media can reflect the destination image perception and visual performance characteristics,and affect the information extraction and tourism decision-making of potential tourists.UGC data research can find the nodes that need to be optimized and improved in the image construction of traditional villages,which has certain guiding significance for the targeted development of tourism products,the improvement of tourists'local experience,and the creation of network media communication hotspots.Taking various UGC data of tourists in Dangjia Village as an example,this paper uses content analysis,Delphi method and IPA performance analysis to deeply interpret the"cognitive-emotion-synthesis"perceived image of the village under the gaze of tourists,and uses heat map to explore the representation characteristics of tourists'visual gaze,so as to investigate the construction situation of Dangjia Village's tourism image and future problems that need to be optimized.Tourists'perception of Dangjia Village's tourism image is positive on the whole,but there are still negative evaluations in terms of public facilities and service level,etc.Future image optimization needs to further improve the infrastructure and service level in the process of tourism physical examination,activate the vitality of the place,and enhance tourists'satisfaction.
