Based on the rich academic achievements of predecessors,the research has deeply discussed the design and application of the text modeling of Suzhou garden plaques,and has crossed multiple disciplines such as architecture,history,landscape architecture and cultural sociology,aiming to deepen the understanding of garden cultural aesthetics and focus on the design value of Chinese character elements in the context of garden aesthetics.The significance of the study lies in the exploration of the rich cultural connotation and aesthetic value of Suzhou garden plaques through the integration of natural landscape artistic conception and humanistic art,and the promotion of modern dissemination and revitalization of plaque and couplet culture.This paper traces the origin of the plaque,clarifies its basic classification,and reveals the profound cultural background and connotation of calligraphy in Suzhou gardens.The study uses case analysis to observe and analyze representative plaques in Suzhou gardens,establish a text image database,and take the plaques in Humble Administrator's Garden,Canglang Pavilion and Lion Grove Garden as cases to explore the connection between traditional calligraphy art and modern text design,and put forward innovative design strategies.Design innovation combines the words of garden tablets with modern products perfume,integrating the life,artistic conception,Chinese style and natural characteristics of garden fonts with the sensory,memory,vitality and Oriental elements of perfume,to create artworks with cultural taste and spiritual connotation.
