摘要

随着现代包装印刷企业、物流企业及物流运输包装方式的变革以及中国快递业的高质量发展,涌现出大量需要解决的新问题,亟待做好相关领域创新型拔尖人才的储备.在研究生分类培养模式下,为解决当前包装工程专业研究生存在知识结构不合理、分析问题能力有待提升、信息化计算工具运用受到局限等问题,以包装工程专业结构分析方向研究生培养为例,通过有限元技术分析等数值仿真理念,探索从前沿内容引入、自主可编程计算软件开发以及典型案例库建设等3个方面对其进行创新培养,以期有效提升该专业研究生创新能力,并为创新材料与化工硕士(包装工程方向)实践创新能力培养模式提出合理建议,同时为其他专业研究生创新能力培养提供有益借鉴.

Abstract

With the transformation of modern packaging and printing enterprises,logistics enterprises and logistics transportation packaging methods,as well as the high-quality development of China's express delivery industry,a large number of new problems have emerged that need to be solved,and it is urgent to do a good job in the reserve of innovative talents in related fields.Under the classified training mode of graduate students,in order to solve the existing problems of unreasonable knowledge structure,problem analysis ability to be improved,and limited application of information computing tools for graduate students majoring in packaging engineering,taking the training of graduate students majoring in structural analysis of packaging engineering as an example,numerical simulation concepts such as finite element technical analysis are adopted.This paper explores three aspects,namely,introduction of cutting-edge content,development of independent programmable computing software and construction of typical case library,in order to effectively improve the innovation ability of graduate students of this major,and put forward reasonable suggestions for the training mode of practical innovation ability of master of Innovative Materials and Chemical Engineering(packaging engineering),and provide beneficial reference for the innovation ability training of graduate students of other majors.
