Study on the Application of Modern Apprenticeship to the Fashion Design Industry in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area:Taking"Order Class"of Fashion Design Major in Guangzhou Vocational College as an Example
With the improvement of China's market economy and structural transformation,there has been an asymmetry between talent supply and demand,which has affected the development of all walks of life.Under the policy background of modern apprenticeship,a training model for innovative technical skills talents proposed by the Ministry of Education in 2014,in order to deeply explore the close relationship between vocational education and economic development,this paper focuses on the innovation and practice of technical skills training under the model of integration of industry and education and cooperation between schools and enterprises,taking fashion design as an example.To use case analysis and empirical research to explore the practical application effects of"apprenticeship","order class"and"tutorial system"in vocational education,strengthen the construction of professional teachers,promote the construction of bases inside and outside schools,curriculum and construction,and combine the future construction and development direction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,in-depth analysis of how vocational education can effectively respond to the needs of economic development.Through the school-enterprise cooperation education mechanism,the positive interaction between vocational education and economic development is promoted,so that the modern apprenticeship system can better transport satisfactory talents for enterprises,and provide references for research and practice in related fields.
