20世纪90年代师范音乐教育"师范性"的发现及历史意义

国家教委颁布实施《全国学校艺术教育总体规划(1989-2000)》后,推动滞后的师范系统音乐教育发展成为音乐教育事业的重中之重.围绕如何实现师范系统音乐教育的"师范性"目标,国家教委从教育发展整体战略规划层面、中国音协从具体操作层面、音乐界从教育实践层面,对师范音乐教育发展做出全方位探讨,形成了上下联动共同推进师范音乐教育改革发展的良好局面,为建构中国特色师范音乐教育体系奠定了牢固基石.关于师范音乐教育"师范性"问题的讨论延续至今,显示出当代中国音乐教育始终紧贴时代并保持理论前瞻的特质.
The Discovery and Preliminary Construction of Normal Music Education in the 1990s
Since the promulgation and implementation of the Master Plan by the State Education Commission in November 1989,the development of music education in the teacher training system has lagged behind,which has affected the overall development of music education.In order to promote the development of music education,the State Education Commission has taken active measures to promote the reform and development of teacher education at the level of the overall planning of national education development and the China Music Association at the level of specific operations.In this context,experts in the music industry focused on the key issue of how to"certify and highlight'the nature of teacher-training'"at all levels of teacher education,and discussed the teacher education system and teaching mechanism,music curriculum and teaching format,as well as teaching materials and teaching methods and the optimal management of music teaching.
