Editor's Spirit:Connotation,Cognitive Dimensions,and Research Paradigm——Centered on Dai Wenbao's Collection of Letters
Editors are a unique professional group with a unique editorial spirit. The presence or absence of the spirit of an editor is not only an important factor affecting whether the editorial subject can achieve outstanding editorial achievements, but also a i-deological criterion forjudging whether an editor is successful or not.The spirit of editors has the following four connotations, namely the innovative spirit of participating in knowledge production, the independent and critical thinking spirit, the meticu-lous and rigorous spirit, and the cultural based spirit of guarding and guarding.Understanding the spirit of editors requires multiple dimensions, namely the individual and social dimensions of the editor's spirit, the historical and realistic dimensions of the editor's spirit outline, and the emotional and ideological dimensions of the editor's spirit sketch. At the same time,it is necessary to shift the research paradigm from biographical and work analysis to individual spiritual history.
