A Four-dimensional View of International Chinese Language Teacher Training
At present,when training international Chinese language teachers,the problem of disconnection between supply and de-mand is relatively serious.This is mainly due to the serious homogenization of the personnel training programs and curriculum system of international Chinese language education master's degree,and the lack of a clear cultivation mode in most universi-ties,which leads to such outstanding problems as"what is taught at home is not what is needed abroad","fuzzy cultivation and fuzzy employment","closed cultivation at home and insufficient cross-cultural adaptability abroad",and"export to domestic sales".The lack of cross-cultural adaptation ability in foreign countries and"export to domestic sales"are some of the outstand-ing problems.In order to solve the above problems,the training units need to carry out a"conceptual revolution",not to be-lieve in the established norms and authorities,but to reconstruct the concept of training,start from the demand for Chinese teachers in the world,combine the disciplinary advantages and location advantages of our university,accurately connect with the target country's requirements for the quality of Chinese teachers,and formulate scientific and feasible outward-oriented training programs,as well as to promote the training in the international Chinese language education market.cultivation pro-gram and put it into practice in international Chinese education teacher training.
