Research on the Imbalance and Countermeasures in Digital Copyright Protection of Academic Journals——The Application of Blockchain Technology in Copyright Protection
The extensive application of new information technology not only promotes the digital transformation of academic journals,but also brings about many problems such as the imbalance between copyright signing and authorization levels,frequent in-fringement of neighboring rights,and other issues in digital publishing.Strengthening digital copyright protection to solve the diversification and complication of digital infringement has become a top priority for the healthy development of digital academic journals.The reasons of the above problems are weak awareness of digital copyright protection among entities related to aca-demic journals,the low compatibility of new technologies with copyright protection practices,and the relative lag in regulatory systems.The countermeasures are,on the basis of enhancing the awareness of copyright among entities related to academic publishing,promoting the implementation of blockchain technology,and unifying copyright protection standards,and establis-hing a legal system of copyright protection that adapts to the development in information technology.
