《红楼梦》自问世以来产生了众多相互迥异的主题思想、诠释理念、研究流派和评论路径,这些研究结果有的可以和平共处或者勉强共存;有些则完全相互冲突和抵触.导致这些研究结果多元性的一个可能的回答也许是:《红楼梦》中不仅仅蕴藏了小说的主旨与文学理论间的相关性,而且是作者有意识地在小说创作与小说理念的交替作用下设计、构思并著述而成.从不同诠释理论的视角细读该小说创建的女性空间,即太虚幻境及其人间副本大观园,似可证明:这部小说不仅是模拟再现的产物,也是一种没有具体指涉对象的表现性产物.作者以丰富的想象、超群的思想和天才的艺术将该小说打造成一种元小说、诗性小说和开放性小说.《红楼梦》的创作预示了一种后现代的小说理论和开放性诠释范式,足以让后世学者研究几百年.
Abstract
Since its first appearance,the Hongloumeng has generated many different themes,interpretations,scholarly schools,and critical approaches.Some of these results coexist peacefully or at least in an uneasy manner while some others conflict or dia-metrically oppose each other.What has given rise to the multiplicity of research results There is a possible answer:the novel not only contains a reciprocal relationship between its themes and composition theory but also implies that it is the outcome of the author's deliberate planning and conception in an alternation between fiction practice and theory.A close reading of the fe-male spaces,i.e.the Land of Illusion and its earthly counterpart the Great Vision Garden,seems to affirm that this novel is not just the product of representation;it is also the outcome of an expression that does not refer to concrete objects.With a rich imagination and by utilizing his brilliant ideas and genius,the author turns the novel into a metafiction,poetic fiction,and open fiction.The novel's creation anticipates the rise of postmodern fiction theory and an open paradigm of interpretations,and al-lows later scholars to study it for hundreds of years to come.
