The concept of"being a financial powerhouse"encompasses domestic and interna-tional dimensions.Domestically,it manifests through a highly developed financial market and sys-tem with comprehensive resource allocation,providing strong support for the real economy,effec-tively preventing financial risk and crises,and maintaining financial stability and security.Exter-nally,it manifests through high status and influence in the international financial domain,being a-ble to participate in the formulation of international financial rules and standards,having strong international competitiveness and influence,and being able to expand business and market share globally.At present,China is still distant from its goal of becoming a financial powerhouse.The development into a financial powerhouse involves three key aspects:(1)Consolidating the re-source allocation of financial services in the real economy,particularly the provision of high-quality,inclusive financial services through developing science and technology,green,inclusive,pension,and digital finance.(2)Ensuring a high-quality and modern financial supervision sys-tem,while fortifying the construction of a robust financial legal framework to maintain the stable operation of the entire financial system.(3)Promoting financial openness,giving equal emphasis to both import and export financial strategies,and cautiously and steadily promoting the interna-tionalization of the renminbi,while actively participating in the formulation and reform of interna-tional financial rules to offer China's solutions to the rest of the world.
