Extraction of total pigment from orange peel based on microwave assisted extraction was researched.The effects of solid-liquid ratio,extraction time,and microwave power on the extraction rate of total pigment of orange peel were investigated using 80％ethanol as extraction agent.The optimal extraction process was obtained by or-thogonal experiment.The best results show that the solid-liquid ratio is 1∶20 g/mL,the extraction time is 3 min,and the microwave power is set to medium heat.The effect on the extraction yield of total pigment is solid-liquid ra-tio＞microwave power＞extraction time.
