Differently from the traditional 1～9 scale,use AHP of the 0.1～0.9 scale method to judge the decision-making factors of residents to purchase houses.The analytic hierarchy process model for evaluation of 4 first-level indicators and 14 second-level indicators is constructed,and the evaluation results are analyzed.The results show that the model conforms to the objective reality.
