基于Ordered Logit模型的民办高校科研成果转化影响因素研究

为研究民办高校科研成果转化影响因素,在专家访谈和实地调研的基础上,对 K 高校、C 高校、B 高校、Z高校等民办高校教师发放调查问卷收集数据,应用 Ordered Logit 模型对其影响因素进行了实证分析.分析发现,科研经费支持力度与科研成果数量之间呈正相关关系,高校科研平台设置与服务地方经济建设之间呈正相关关系,高校科研管理制度与科研成果转化成效之间呈正相关关系.由此得出结论:我国民办高校科研成果转化与服务地方经济能力有待提升,民办高校科研成果转化的金融支持不够灵活、公共服务平台不够健全,完善民办高校科研管理制度是提高科研成果转化效率的重要保障.
Study on Factors Influencing Transformation of Scientific Research Achievements in Private Universities Based on Ordered Logit Model
In order to study the influencing factors of the transformation of scientific research achievements in pri-vate universities,based on expert interviews and on-site research,data were collected through questionnaire surveys of teachers from private universities such as K,C,B,and Z.The Ordered Logit model is used to empirically ana-lyze the influencing factors.It is found that there is a positive correlation between the support for scientific research funds and the number of scientific research achievements.There is a positive correlation between the establishment of research platforms in universities and serving local economic construction.There is a positive correlation between the management system of scientific research in universities and the effectiveness of scientific research achievements transformation.Based on this,it is concluded that the transformation of scientific research achievements and the ability to serve the local economy in private universities in China need to be improved.The financial support for the transformation of scientific research achievements in private universities is not flexible enough,and the public serv-ice platform is not sound enough.Improving the scientific research management system of private universities is an important guarantee for improving the efficiency of scientific research achievements transformation.
