Exploration on Teaching Reform in Experiment of Total Arsenic Content Determination in Soil Based on Atomic Fluorescence Method
Based on the student-centered concept of OBE,the experiment for determination of total arsenic in soils by atomic fluorescence spectroscopy was designed by combining the environment chemistry textbook and existing la-boratory conditions. The soil samples collected from a university and its surroundings were investigated in an experi-ment,and the total arsenic content of the soil samples was finally obtained after being air-dried,ground and sieved, digested by acid in a hot water bath, and determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectropho-tometer.The experimental results showed that the total arsenic content of the soil did not exceed the screening value of the pollution risk of the first class of construction land.
