Corporate Social Responsibility,Diversification of Senior Management Team and Enterprise Growth
Corporate social responsibility is a valuable enterprise strategic management mode,which is an important driving force to lead the family business to continue to advance and develop.The listed family enterprises in China from 2016 to 2021 were selected as the research sample,and based on the theory of social emotional wealth,the relationship between corporate social responsibility and the growth of the enterprise was explored,and on this basis,the regulatory role of the diversification of senior management teams on their relationship was further explored.The research shows that the performance of social responsibility has a significant positive impact on the growth of enterprises;the family business with highly concentrated equity is not conducive to the growth and development of enterprises;the diversification of senior management team promotes the positive relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate growth;compared with small family enterprises,the social responsibility of larger family enterprises plays a more significant role in promoting the growth of enterprises.Therefore,family enterprises should establish and improve the corresponding social responsibility management system,attach importance to talent development and training to optimize the structure of senior management team,consolidate social network relations and actively participate in community construction to promote the development of enterprises.
