Research on the Impact of Provincial Digital Economy on Common Prosperity——Spatial Econometric Testing Based on the Perspective of Factor Flow
In the information a ge,how to promote common prosperity in the digital economy is of great practical significance.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces from 2011―2021,this paper measures the digital economy index and the common prosperity index, selects the flow of talent and capital factors as the intermediary variable, and the flow environment of data factors as the regulating variable, and uses the spatial Durbin model(SDM)to empirically test the impact of digital economy development on common prosperity. The results show that the development of digital economy significantly promotes common prosperity, has a significant positive spatial spillover effect on neighboring regions, and presents significant regional heterogeneity in geographical distribution. The mechanism analysis shows that digital economy can affect common prosperity through the flow of talent and capital factors;there is an inverted"U"shaped nonlinear effect of the digital economy on common prosperity, and the flow of talent and capital factors plays a"marginal effect"increasing role in the impact of the digital economy on common prosperity;the flow environment of data elements can reasonably adjust the impact of the digital economy on common prosperity.
