Research on Digital Economy Promoting Manufacturing Upgrading
With the prosperity and development of infor mation and communication industry,digital economy has entered the public eye,and promoting the integration of digital economy and real economy has become a new strategy in the new era.Taking Henan Province as an example,this paper clarifies the mechanism of digital economy enabling manufacturing upgrading from the perspective of industrial digitalization and digital industrialization,and discusses the impact of digital economy with the help of panel data of prefecture-level cities in Henan Province.The study found that the digital economy has a significant impact on the upgrading of the manufacturing industry,especially with the improvement of the digitalization degree,the positive effect is further enhanced.The adjustment effect of market vitality and technological innovation is significant,indicating that it is more effective to promote the upgrading of manufacturing industry under the dynamic market and innovation environment.The effect of this result is similar in northern Henan,central Henan and southern Henan,but there is no obvious difference.Therefore,we should improve the digital innovation support policy,strengthen the protection of digital intellectual property rights,reduce the market access standards of digital enterprises,etc.,and promote the manufacturing industry to make better use of the"digital dividend"to achieve transformation and upgrading.
