Research on the Influence of Peer Relationship on Class Cohesion of Secondary Vocational School Students——Taking S Secondary Vocational School in Xinxiang City as an Example
With the continuous development of vocational education in our country,the lack of class cohesion has become a key problem in the development of secondary vocational schools and the quality of personnel training.As the core factor of class cohesion,peer relationship plays a key role in improving class cohesion.Based on the theory of group cohesion,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 440 secondary vocational students in S secondary vocational school in Xinxiang City.Using SPSS 23.0 to analyze the data obtained,the study found that peer acceptance and friendship had a significant positive impact on class cohesion.Therefore,in order to improve the level of class cohesion and construction of class atmosphere and style,this paper puts forward that the students in secondary vocational schools should know each other better,strengthen the positive guidance of peer relations,and encourage students to actively participate in class management and decision-making,to promote the further development of research in this field.
