新文科背景下课程思政融入数字法治人才培养的实践路径

要建设数字法治中国,高素质且高水平的数字法治人才培养不可或缺。为回应数字时代的发展需求,应当以新文科建设为契机,将课程思政融入数字法治人才培养的全过程。借助课程思政的价值引导功能,可以着眼于教学的顶层设计,整合产教融合的资源,以系统化的方式将课程思政融入学生培养的全过程,从而引导学生逐渐树立建设数字法治中国的理想信念,提升适应数字法律职业创新性发展的职业素养,不断激发个体行为意愿以形成稳定的数字法治思维和认知能力,从而实现综合能力、思想政治与人文素养的提升。
The Practical Path of Integrating Curriculum Ideology and Politics into the Training of Digital Legal Talents under the Background of New Liberal Arts
In order to build a digital rule of law China,it is indispensable to cultivate high-quality and high-level digital rule of legal talents.In order to respond to the development needs of the digital era,the construction of the"new liberal arts"should be used as an opportunity to integrate the ideology and politics of the curriculum into the entire process of training digital rule of legal talents.With the value-guiding function of curriculum ideology and politics,we can focus on the top-level design of teaching,integrate the resources of industry-education fusion,and integrate curriculum ideology and politics into the whole process of cultivation in a systematic way,so as to guide students to gradually set up a lofty ideological conviction of building a digital rule of law in China,improve their professional quality that is adapted to the innovative development of the digital legal profession,and continuously stimulate their individual behavioral willingness to form a stable digital rule of law thinking and cognitive ability,achieve comprehensive ability as well as ideological-political and political development.The students can realize the improvement of comprehensive ability as well as ideological,political and humanistic qualities.
