Understanding of the Historical Materialistic Conception of Historical Initiative Spirit——From Practical Experience to Institutional Norms
The spirit of historical initiative is a strong spiritual pillar in the struggle of the Communist Party of China in the past hundred years.In the perspective of historical materialism,the historical initiative spirit especially emphasizes the initiative of the subject of practice,and as the basic material of the laws of social and historical development and the norms of social systems,also contains the objective facts based on the practice of people,from which the law and norms extracted,eliminates the hypocrisy of the abstract and conceptual of bourgeois society and reflects the reality centered on the people.In this sense,the law of Chinese social development summarized by the Party is the real distillation of social practice in specific historical situation,achieving the consistency of ontology,epistemology and axiology,and realizing the dialectical unity of social development and the Party's self-construction.The Party's institutional norms and the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics are the subjective creation of the law that the Party leads the people to practice,and the concrete manifestation of the new form of human civilization.
