Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics and building a coordinated distribution system of primary distribution,redistribution and third distribution is the basic system for promoting common prosperity.As a form of voluntary and conscious labor,volunteer service serves as a significant means of tertiary distribution and a crucial carrier of spiritual wealth.It plays a vital role in steadily advancing common prosperity.Examining the theoretical logic,the supply mechanism of material wealth,the generation mechanism of spiritual wealth,and the sharing mechanism of volunteer service are explored.Analyzing the implementation pathways involves expanding the main forces driving volunteer service's role in shared prosperity,cultivating a cultural atmosphere supporting volunteer service for shared prosperity,exploring innovative models,refining incentive mechanisms,and strengthening the foundational conditions to ensure the effective operation of the mechanisms driving volunteer service for shared prosperity.This aims to make volunteer service a moral practice for solidly advancing shared prosperity in the new era.
