A Study on the Role of Primary and Middle School Teachers from the Perspective of Artificial Intelligence
The emergence of artificial intelligence has pushed education into a new era of"human-computer co-teaching",in which primary and secondary school teachers are falling into dilemmas:their status of knowledge authority is gradually degrading with the traditional teacher-student relationship diminishing;their role of evaluation is gradually being replaced by algorithms,and the role of educating people increasingly being held hostage by data.In the face of educational changes in the era of artificial intelligence,primary and secondary school teachers need to reshape their roles to become the relay station for massive knowledge,the promoter of new teacher-student relationships,the leader of integration teaching and evaluation,and the caretaker of the students'spiritual world.Accordingly,primary and secondary school teachers should focus on self-growth and enhance their intelligence literacy,to change their teaching concepts and reshape their teacher-student relationship,be alert to the alienation of technology and adhere to the ethics of evaluation and abide by the original intent of educating people.
