Accelerating the standardization of rural digital governance is a basic requirement for building a co-governance and sharing of rural digital governance pattern and improving the effectiveness of rural digital governance.Based on framework for Institutional Analysis and Development,a case study is conducted to examine the standardized construction of rural digital governance in Deqing County.It is found that Deqing County constructs the logic of practicing the trinity of action-environment-performance,which is divided into four stages:planning,implementation,promotion and evaluation.The logic stimulates different participators to carry out construction actions in an orderly manner.Participators are obliged to optimize the construction environment in terms of guaranteeing conditions,forging consensus and establishing regulations.Besides,they are supposed to enhance construction performance through innovating models of consultation and common governance with a pursuit of good governance in the countryside.The practice of Deqing shows that high-quality promotion of the standardized construction of rural digital governance should adhere to being people-oriented,focus on multiple cooperation,strengthen the conditional guarantee,improve the system and conduct reasonable evaluation of the governance performance.
