抗战历史文化资源的开发、保护与利用具有突出意义。以河南省为例，当前在抗战历史文化资源的开发、保护与利用中已经取得一些成绩，但仍存在资源开发和保护范围有限、资源利用效率低下等问题。因此，要实现抗战历史文化资源的科学开发、保护和利用，需要在思想上高度重视抗战历史文化资源的突出价值;制定切实可行的开发、保护和利用抗战历史文化资源的综合规划;加强抗战历史文化资源的宣传，建设抗战历史文化品牌;加大资金投入，构建以政府投入为主体的多元化资金投入机制。
Research on the Development,Protection and Utilization of Historical and Cultural Resources of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression——Taking Henan Province as an Example
The development,protection and utilization of historical and cultural resources in the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression are of great significance.Taking Henan Province as an example,some achievements have been made in the development,protection and utilization of historical and cultural resources in the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression.But there are still problems existing in its development,protection and utilization,such as limited scope of resource development and protection,and low efficiency of resource utilization.Therefore,to develop,protect and utilize the historical and cultural resources of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression scientifically,first of all,it is necessary to fully recognize the great value of the historical and cultural resources of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression ideologically.Besides,a feasible comprehensive plan should be formulated for the development,protection and utilization of the historical and cultural resources of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression.What's more,the propaganda of the historical and cultural resources of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression needs to be strengthened,and the brand of the historical and cultural resources of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression be marketed.Finally,it will be beneficial to strengthen capital investment and build a diversified capital investment mechanism with government input as the main body.
