新乡先进群体精神融入大学生思想政治教育的实践路径

摘要
大学生思想政治教育具有鲜明的意识形态属性.新乡先进群体精神包含爱国主义、集体主义、创新精神、奉献精神等内容.将新乡先进群体精神融入大学生思想政治教育中,有助于引导大学生克服"躺平""摆烂""精致利己主义"等错误观念和不良思潮.但在融入过程中依旧面临学生对新乡先进群体精神存在认知局限、高校思政课堂缺乏深度整合、多元复杂环境影响传播等诸多挑战.因此,需从重视教师队伍,提供融入保障;注重课程设计,丰富融入模式;整合资源优势,提升融入质量三个维度,探索新乡先进群体精神融入大学生思想政治教育的实践路径.
Abstract
College students'ideological and political education has distinct ideological attributes.The spirit of Xinxiang advanced group includes patriotism,collectivism,innovative spirit,dedication and so on.Integrating the spirit of Xinxiang advanced group into the ideological and political education of college students is helpful to guide college students to abolish the misleading ideas and thoughts such as"lying flat","tanking"phenomenon and"exquisite egoism".However,in the process of integration,it still faces many challenges,such as students'limited cognition of the spirit of Xinxiang advanced group,insufficient integration into ideological and political classes in colleges and universities,and the influence of diverse and complex environment.Therefore,it is necessary to attach importance to the teachers to consolidate integration guarantee,pay attention to curriculum design to enrich integration mode,highlight the advantages of resources to improve the quality three-dimension integration,thereby to explore the path to integrate the spirit of Xinxiang advanced group into the ideological and political education of college students.
