Research on the Influence Mechanism of Data Factor Allocation on Industrial Innovation and Upgrading
Data element allocation is a key path to promote high-quality digital development,and industrial innovation and upgrading is an important measure to accelerate the formation of new productivity.This paper selects Chinese provincial data from 2012 to 2021 as research samples to explore the relationship between data factor allocation and industrial innovation and upgrading,and based on that further explores the nonlinear effects of data factor allocation under the influence of market integration and effective government intervention.The results show that data element allocation has a significant positive impact on industrial innovation and upgrading.Data factor allocation promotes the process of industrial innovation and upgrading through indirect ways such as improving entrepreneurial activity,promoting inter-industry correlation and improving regional innovation efficiency.The effect is more significant in the eastern region and the regions with higher level of digital infrastructure construction and higher level of data element allocation.Therefore,the government needs to fully consider the differences and development dynamics among regions,stimulating market potential,to effectively release the dividends brought by the allocation of data elements.At the same time,enterprises should also highlight improving the operation efficiency of data elements,deepening the integration of data elements and innovative activities,promote high-quality development of enterprises.
