高管团队稳定性与企业双元创新投资

创新是我国经济转型升级的关键,高管团队作为企业创新策略制定者,其稳定性会影响企业创新投资。基于此,根据双元创新理论,以2012-2022年A股上市公司为样本,实证探讨高管团队稳定性对企业双元创新投资的作用机制。结果显示:高管团队稳定性越强,企业创新投资越多;高管团队稳定性对双元创新投资的影响主要体现在探索式创新中,对利用式创新并没有显著的影响;高管研发背景和货币薪酬激励在高管团队稳定性与企业创新投资之间起到调节效应。因此,上市公司应重视高管团队的培养与建设,采用适当的措施来稳固管理人员队伍,减少管理层人员变动,建立一支有层次、有组织的管理团队,对有潜力的管理人员进行系统培训,促进企业提高创新投资水平。
Stability of Top Management Team and Enterprise Dual Innovation Investment
Innovation is the key to China's economic transformation and upgrading,and the stability of top management team as the innovation strategy maker will affect the innovation investment of enterprises.Based on the dual innovation theory,this paper empirically discusses the mechanism of top management team stability on dual innovation investment of enterprises by taking A-share listed companies from 2012 to 2022 as samples.The results show that:the stronger the stability of the top management team,the more innovation investment.the influence of top management team stability on dual innovation investment is mainly reflected in exploratory innovation,but has no significant impact on exploitative innovation.the research and development background of top management team and monetary compensation incentive have a moderating effect on the stability of top management team and enterprise innovation investment.Therefore,listed companies should attach importance to the training and construction of top management team,take appropriate measures to stabilize the management team,reduce the change of management personnel,establish a hierarchical and organized management team,train potential managers systematically,and promote enterprises to improve the level of innovation investment.
