基于CRITIC-障碍度模型的粮食产业高质量发展水平测度

农业高质量发展事关国计民生,而农业高质量发展的根本在于粮食生产。基于可持续发展理念,选取2012-2021年河南省18个地级市的面板数据进行综合测定并构建CRITIC—障碍度模型。研究发现,产业结构对粮食产业高质量发展的平均影响权重最大;推动高标准农田建设和智慧农业推广对粮食产业高质量发展有显著的促进作用。影响粮食产业高质量发展的主要因素为耗水强度、农药使用强度和粮食产业人均收入等。因此,应推进绿色农业发展,调整产业结构,推动智慧农业和高标准农田建设。
High-quality Development of Grain Industry in Henan Province Based on CRITIC-Obstacle Degree Model
The high-quality development of agriculture is related to the national economy and people's livelihood,and the basic of the high-quality development of agriculture lies in grain production.Based on the concept of sustainable development,the panel data of 18 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province from 2012 to 2021 were selected for comprehensive measurement,and the CRITIC-obstacle degree model was constructed.It is found that the average influence weight of industrial structure on the high-quality development of grain industry is the largest;Promoting the construction of high-standard farmland and the popularization of smart agriculture have a significant role in promoting grain industry.The main factors affecting the high-quality development of grain industry are water consumption intensity,pesticide use intensity and per capita income of grain industry.We should promote the development of green agriculture,adjust the industrial structure,and promote smart agriculture and the construction of high-standard farmland.
