小班幼儿进餐行为特点的案例研究

幼儿进餐行为不仅关系到他们良好行为习惯的养成,也关系到他们的身心健康。以河南省X市A幼儿园某小班进餐活动为研究对象,探讨和归纳小班幼儿进餐行为特点。研究发现:多数幼儿在进餐时表现出速度过慢或过快、缺乏专注性、挑食偏食、不遵守进餐规则等行为特点。究其原因,主要包括幼儿生理发展特点、教师的示范引导、家长教养方式、幼儿园饮食教育等方面。因此,幼儿园应依据幼儿自身发展特点合理安排膳食,并开展形式多样的饮食健康教育活动;幼儿教师应提高知识与能力素养并转化为具体的教育行为;家长要以身作则,坚持正确的教养方式,从而促进幼儿良好进餐行为习惯的养成。
A Case Study on Eating Behavior Characteristics of Preschool Children
Children's eating behavior is not only related to the formation of their good behavior habits,but also related to their physical and mental health.Taking the eating activities of preschool children in a kindergarten in X City,Henan Province as the research object,this paper discusses and summarizes the characteristics of the eating behavior of preschool children.It is found that most children show the behavior characteristics of eating too slowly or too fast,lack of concentration,being picky and partial eating,and non-compliance with eating rules.The reasons mainly include the characteristics of children's physiological development,teachers'demonstration and guidance,parents'rearing mode,kindergarten diet education and so on.Therefore,kindergartens should arrange meals reasonably according to children's own development characteristics and carry out various forms of diet health education activities.Preschool teachers should improve their knowledge and ability and transform them into concrete educational behaviors.Parents should set an example and adhere to correct parenting methods.
