Research on Training Reserve Talents in Competitive Sports in Primary and Secondary Schools under the Background of Sports Education Integration
Reserve talents in competitive sports are the foundation of sustainable development in competitive sports and the cornerstone of building a strong sports country.Primary and secondary schools are the foundation of the whole national education system and have unique advantages in cultivating reserve talents.Promoting the training of competitive sports reserve talents in primary and secondary schools is an important subject in academic circles.By using the literature review method and logical analysis,this paper studies the realistic dilemma and corresponding strategies in training competitive sports reserve talents in primary and secondary schools.The results show that there are some difficulties in primary and secondary schools,such as lack of high-level coaches,limited number of participants in after-school training,narrow coverage of after-school competition,low participation,prominent contradictions in learning and training,and homogeneous education supply.In order to improve the quality of competitive sports reserve talents in primary and secondary schools,we should enhance the after-school training and competition ability of teachers and coaches,consolidate the after-school training and competition,and strengthen the cultural education of competitive sports reserve talents in primary and secondary schools.
