基于CIPP模式的高校研究性教学评价体系建构

随着高校教育教学改革的深化,我国高校大力推进研究性教学,并将其作为深化教育教学改革的重要途径和突破口。然而,目前急需建构开展高质量研究性教学的评价指标及其机制。通过实地调查,发现目前研究性教学评价体系中存在诸多问题。通过专家咨询法,并基于CIPP评价模式完善研究性教学评价体系指标,在设计上实现了多个评价主体的参与、多种评价方式的整合、多项评价过程的统一。基于此,搭建研究性教学评价的信息化平台,建设专业化的评价团队,强化研究性教学评价结果的应用,推动跨学科综合评价与教师支持等基于CIPP评价模式的研究性教学评价策略,以期使研究性教学评价得到改进和完善,为学生的全面发展和素质提升提供有力保障。
Construction of Research-based Teaching Evaluation System in Universities Based on CIPP Model
With the advancement of reforms of higher education and teaching,Chinese universities are actively promoting research-based teaching as a key strategy to deepen educational reforms.However,there is a pressing need to develop evaluation criteria and mechanisms to ensure high-quality research-based teaching practices.Through on-site investigation,it was found that there are many problems in the current research-based teaching evaluation system.Through expert consultation and based on the CIPP evaluation model,the indicators of the research-based teaching evaluation system have been improved,and the participation of multiple evaluation subjects,integration of multiple evaluation methods.This evaluation framework emphasizes the involvement of multiple evaluation stakeholders,the incorporation of diverse evaluation methods,and the synchronization of various evaluation processes in its design.Through this initiative,encompassing the establishment of an information-driven platform for evaluation,the formation of a dedicated evaluation team,the reinforcement of utilizing evaluation outcomes,the advancement of interdisciplinary assessments,teacher support initiatives,and other strategies grounded in the CIPP evaluation model.These efforts aim to refine and enhance research-based teaching evaluations,ensuring a solid foundation for students'holistic development and academic progress.
