The Realistic Dilemma in and Practical Approach to College Student Association Construction——A Case Study Based on AGIL Theoretical Framework
College student association is an important carrier to carry out the fundamental task of moral education and talent cultivation.Using Parsons'structure-function theory as reference, this paper constructs the AGIL analysis framework of college student association construction.Non-participatory observation,semi-structured interview and other methods are used to conduct a holistic functional review of the student association construction in H university from four aspects:adaptation, goal achievement, integration and mode maintenance. It is found that there are some practical difficulties, such as insufficient resources docking, obstructed extension of ideological and political education, limited participation of co-builders,and lack of value recognition of associations.Colleges and universities should promote the project management of student association activities, strengthen the daily training of the backbone of student associations, implement formative assessment of co-construction behavior, and enhance the cultural cohesiveness of student associations to improve the construction of college student association.
