Construction of Evaluation Index System of College Students'Sense of Gain in Ideological and Political Courses——Based on Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process
College students'sense of gain in ideological and political courses is a key indicator to evaluate the teaching effect and students'development,which affects students'experience and the formulation of educational policies.Aiming at the core issue of how to improve the teaching quality of ideological and political courses and students'sense of gain,a scientific evaluation index system is constructed.Through Marzano's taxonomy theory of educational goals,combined with Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),four key dimensions of self-system acquisition,metacognitive system acquisition,cognitive system acquisition and knowledge system acquisition are established.This paper emphasizes the importance of self-system acquisition,and puts forward some countermeasures,including activating college students'belief-oriented self-system acquisition,concern about introspection-oriented acquisition of metacognitive system,and shaping behavior-oriented cognitive system acquisition.These measures are helpful for educators to promote students'all-round development and have important practical significance for improving teaching effect and students'sense of gain.
