Study on the Competence of Hybrid Teaching Evaluation of College Teachers
In order to get a deep insight into the basic situation and influencing factors of the competency of hybrid teaching evaluation of college teachers,based on the previous research results,based on the competency theory and combined with the actual situation of hybrid teaching evaluation of college teachers,a questionnaire on the competency of hybrid teaching evaluation of college teachers was designed from three dimensions:knowledge quality,ability quality and personal traits.An empirical study was conducted on 100 college teachers who met the requirements.The results show that the current competency of hybrid teaching evaluation of college teachers is at a low level,and personal traits play an mediation role in knowledge quality and ability quality.The competency of hybrid teaching evaluation of teachers in private colleges and universities is higher than that of teachers in public colleges and universities,and there are differences in the competency of hybrid teaching evaluation of teachers in colleges and universities with different teaching ages.In view of this,it is suggested to improve the competency level of hybrid teaching evaluation of college teachers from the aspects of building classified training system,improving data literacy,constructing teachers'learning community,and strengthening teachers'psychological guidance.
