Real Predicaments of County-Level Educational Ecology and Corresponding Strategies from the Perspective of Educational Ecology
County-level educati on is the foundation and basis of education in China,and a sound educational ecology is the key to the development of county-level education.From the perspective of educational ecology,an analysis of the current situation of county-level educational ecology in China reveals that there are real predicaments in its educational ecology,such as the imbalance of internal development and the constraints of the external environment.The imbalance of internal development is manifested in the significant differences in its education investment and resource allocation,a serious loss of teachers and students and lack of excellent teachers in counties.The constraints of the external environment are characterized by the dual shackles of geographical location and weak economy,the practical constraints of governance methods and investment preferences,as well as the heavy fetters of values and government evaluations of education.In the subsequent adjustment and optimization of county-level educational ecology,the school-running models of county-level education need to be innovated to build a governance pattern with multiple subjects.The effectiveness of policy tools should be given full play to optimize the institutional environment of county-level education.The influence of the integrated development of urban and rural areas should be deepened to break through the shackles of the natural environment in counties.The value orientation of school education should be recalled to optimize the evaluation system of county-level education.
