A Case Study on Learning Adaptability of Freshmen in Senior High School
Freshmen in senior high school are at the critical stage of the connection between middle and high school,and their learning adaptability is crucial.If they can't adapt to the high school environment,many problems will arise.Based on Triadic Reciprocal Determinism and the method of grounded theory,this paper constructs a three-dimensional influencing factor model,including four core categories:individual quality,family influence,school education and social environment,in order to reveal the influencing factors and the interaction among the factors of learning adaptability of freshmen in senior high school.The research shows that individual quality has a multidimensional driving effect on learning adaptability;social interaction plays a core role in learning adaptability;and the external ecological environment has a comprehensive effect on learning adaptability of high school students.Therefore,high school students should improve individual comprehensive quality,drive multidimensional development of learning adaptability,strengthen social interaction bonds,and build a harmonious system of learning adaptability.Meanwhile,families,schools and communities should work together to improve individual ecological environment and optimize the formation mechanism of learning adaptability.
