After more than two centuries of incubation and evolution,the concept of"involution"has gradually shown its profound insight and wide applicability in many fields of knowledge.At present,the phenomenon of"involution"in the job market of college students is mainly reflected in the aspects of goal substitution,zero-sum competition,path dependence and function locking.The research shows that the root causes of"involution"of college students are the utilitarian orientation of exam-oriented education,the increase of mobility cost caused by the transformation of social structure,the shortage of high-quality employment resources and the deviation of employment evaluation system.To address these problems,it is necessary to improve the employment guidance system of colleges and universities with the education of employment values as the core,improve the talent cultivation system of colleges and universities aimed at cultivating innovative talents,cultivate the employment market of college students based on the principle of win-win cooperation and standardized competition,and build the employment evaluation system of college students based on multiple and multi-dimensional evaluation.
