Impact of Cooperative Management on Organizational Resilience of New Rural Collective Economy
This study utilizes micro-level survey data from Shaanxi and Gansuprovinces,and aspects of redundancy,agility,stability,initiative to construct measurement indicators for the organizational resili-ence of collective economic entities.The research reveals that cooperative management significantly im-proves the organizational resilience of the new rural collective economy by about 17.8%.Mechanism analysis indicates that the extent of cooperative management's impact on organizational resilience is con-tingent upon the moderation of village-level social capital and natural resource endowments.Heterogenei-ty analysis demonstrates that the positive influence of cooperative management on the organizational resili-ence of the new rural collective economy is more pronounced in villages characterized by a low level of part-time business,high collective economic income,and a substantial registered population.In consid-eration of these findings,it is proposed to adopt a cooperative operation approach tailored to local condi-tions to develop the new rural collective economy.Recommendations include the standardization of col-lective asset management and the assurance of the subjective status of organizational members.
