Adjustment of Ethics of Paternal Responsibility and Optimization on Legal System for Family Pension
The ethic of family responsibility as a value norm guidingintergenerational interaction behavior in peasant families;paternal generation is the subject of action for supportive behavior as well as the sub-ject of evaluation for feedback behavior of the offspring;the ethics of paternal responsibility affects inter-generational relations and pension order in peasant families.In the context of urbanization,yound parent generations extend the time of resource accumulation,old parent generations restrain consumption de-mand,and paternal rely behaviour expands.Filial piety is changing under the adjustment of paternal re-sponsibility ethics,the subject of filial fulfillment is pluralistic and the standard of filial piety is decli-ning,the binding force is weakening,and parental generation reduces the burden of feedback behavior for the offspring.To reshape the elderly care order of rural peasant families,a discourse of protection in fa-vor of the father's generation has been set up by the integration of legal system and filial piety.However,the order of peasant family eldly care has not been improved along with the strengthening of the legal pro-tection.The key to solve this paradox is to separate the discourse of contingent law from the discourse of actual piety.The legal system of family eldly care should be based on the adjustment of the paternal re-sponsibility ethic and the change of filial piety discourse,so to increase development capacity of the family and the father's subjective consciousness and whereby to optimize family eldly care laws.
