Inner Logic and Practical Direction of Returning Farmers to Promote Rural Revitalization from the Perspective of Farmers'Re-peasantization
Farmers're-peasantization is a microcosm of macroeconomic system change and rural social system change,and it is the independent choice of returning farmers under the adjustment of family struc-ture and intergenerational emotional maintenance.Farmers're-peasantization trend have brought new de-velopment opportunities for rural revitalization.Impacted by market labor division and commodity con-tracts,the returning farmers'original small farmer ideology went through a transformation from being sur-vival attributes to being rational attributes.The returning farmers'familiies surpassed the traditional,lagged-behind and inner-involved state,triggered the development of rural new productive forces and shaped the modern form of rural economic system and social structure.Therefore,re-peasantiazation can-not be simply seen as a return to agriculture movement,but rather an autonomous form of rural production factors compatible with rural revitalization.Returning farmers promote the transformation and develop-ment of multi-level industrial systems,improve the external introduction and internal cultivation mecha-nisms of talents,reshape the integration of modern civilization and folk education,promote the restoration of a composite ecological environment,establish a relational governance order in rural areas,and achieve multidimensional revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology,and organizations.
