Digital Village Construction for Sustainable Development:Dilemma and Way out
The construction of digital village has shifted from the policy level to practical implemention,core issues like the model and path of sustainable development of digital village have risen in the new de-velopment stage.At present,China's digital village construction has initially formed a mode:a structure dominated by government investment,cooperated between government and firms,while maintained and managed by enterprises,resulting in an imbalanced dot-like sporadic structure.The failure of dissemina-ting digital information to the rural is the root cause of the dilemma of sustainable development of rural.Therefore,the key is to making systematic plans tailored to the local conditions,strengthening specific projects,constructing multi-collaborative mechanisms,upgrading the literacy of main bodies and pilot demonstration planning.
