Residue Degradation Dynamics of Six Commonly Used Pesticide Components in Eggplants
This study aimed to investigate the residue degradation dynamics of acetamidine, clothianidin, thiamethoxam, pyridaben, bifenthrin, and beta-cyfluthrin in eggplants,so as to support food safety and ecological environment protection. The degradation of these pesticides in eggplants was detected by gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry, and the degradation curve was fitted by the first-order kinetic model. The half-life period of pesticide components was obtained. The results showed that the degradation of pesticide residues was affected by multiple factors such as pesticide type, environmental conditions, and crop type, and the residual period of different pesticides in eggplants was different. The degradation of some pesticides needed to be further analyzed with the second-order kinetic model to obtain a new fitting degradation equation. This study provided scientific guidance for the rational application of pesticides in eggplant cultivation and the reduction of pesticide residues.
