姜黄素类物质对番茄灰霉病菌和芒果炭疽病菌的抑制作用

该文采用生长速率法研究了 4 种姜黄素类物质姜黄素、四氢姜黄素、去甲氧基姜黄素、双去甲氧基姜黄素对番茄灰霉病菌丝和芒果炭疽病菌丝的抑制作用。结果表明:这 4 种姜黄素类物质对番茄灰霉病菌丝和芒果炭疽病菌丝均有不同程度的抑制作用,抑制率随其浓度的增大而提高。其中双去甲氧基姜黄素对两种病原菌菌丝的抑制效果最好,浓度为 600 mg/L时对番茄灰霉病菌和芒果炭疽病菌抑制率分别为 98。19%和 100%;其次为去甲氧基姜黄素;姜黄素的抑制作用最小。毒力测定结果也表明 4 种姜黄素类物质对两种病菌均具有一定的毒力作用。其中双去甲氧基姜黄素的毒力最强,其对番茄灰霉病菌和芒果炭疽病菌的有效中浓度EC50 分别为131。125和122。235 mg/L;姜黄素的毒力作用最小,有效中浓度EC50 分别为 273。143 和194。943 mg/L。
Curcuminoids Inhibit Botrytis cinerea and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides
The growth rate method was adopted to measure the inhibitory effect of curcumin,tetrahydrocurcumin,demethoxycurcumin,and bisdemethoxycurcumin on the mycelial growth of Botrytis cinerea and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides.The results showed that the four curcuminoids inhibited the mycelial growth of the two pathogens in a concentration-dependent manner.Bisdemethoxycurcumin at 600 mg/L exerted the strongest inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth of B.cinerea and C.gloeosporioides,with the relative inhibition rates of 98.19%and 100%,respectively;followed by demethoxycurcumin;curcumin exerted the worst inhibitory effect.Toxicity test results also showed that four curcuminoids all had a certain toxicity to B.cinerea and C.gloeosporioides,among which,bisdemethoxycurcumin exhibited the strongest toxicity,with the EC50 of 131.125 and 122.235 mg/L,respectively;while curcumin had the lowest toxicity,with the EC50 of 273.143 and 194.943 mg/L,respectively.
