Bamboo leaves are rich in strong active flavonoids, which can be processed into specific functional health food and pharmaceutical products.The study of flavonoids in bamboo leaves has become a hot research direction in recent years.This paper mainly summarized the new methods and new technology for the extraction, separation, purification and content determination of flavonoids in bamboo leaves,so as to provide the reference for the further research of flavonoids in bamboo leaves.
