河南县高山嵩草草地牧草营养价值与载畜量研究

为研究青海省河南县高山嵩草草地牧草营养价值和载畜量,用概略养分分析和体外产气法评定了不同物候期牧草营养价值,结合产草量估测了不同物候期草地营养输出量及最适载畜量,为本地区确定适宜载畜量提供参考.结果表明:青草期牧草产量全年最高,鲜草产量、干草产量、可食牧草产量分别为717.8 g/m2、273.5 g/m2、248.2 g/m2;总体上,青草期营养输出最高,粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、粗灰分(Ash)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)含量分别为27.65 g/m2、8.25 g/m2、70.52 g/m2、114.76 g/m2、21.23 g/m2、3.02 g/m2、0.17 g/m2;青草期牧草有机物消化率(OMD)、消化能(DE)、代谢能(ME)分别为83.65%、13.98 MJ/kg、12.90 MJ/kg;枯草期、返青期、青草期、枯黄期最适载畜量分别为2.36、8.67、23.49、23.18 SU/hm2.研究表明:随着物候期的推进,天然草地的牧草产量、营养输出能力、最适载畜量均呈先增加后降低的趋势;营养价值逐渐降低.
Study on Nutritional Value and Carrying Capacity of Kobresia pygmea Pasture in Henan County
In order to know the nutritional value and carrying capacity of Kobresia pygmea pasture in Henan county,Qinghai province, approximate analysis method and in vitro gas production were used to evaluate the nutritional value of grass, output and the best carrying capacity in different seasons combined with grass production.The results showed that the yield was highest in green stage, and yield of fresh grass, hay, esculent herbage, were 717.8 g/m2 ,273.5 g/m2 , 248.2 g/m2;the contents of CP, EE, ADF,NDF ,ASH ,Ca,P were 27.65 g/m2 ,8.25 g/m2 ,70.52 g/m2 , 114.76 g/m2 ,21.23 g/m2 ,3.02 g/m2 ,0.17 g/m2 in green stage, respectively;OMD, DE, ME were 83.65% , 13.98 MJ/kg, 12.90 MJ/kg in green stage;the best carrying capacity of withered grass period, grass period, green stage, withered yellow grass were 2.36,8.67,23.49,23.18 SU/ha, respectively.The research validated that production, output of nutrition and the best carrying capacity firstly increased and then decreased, and nutritional value gradually decreased with growing processes.
