摘要
"教育家精神"是习近平总书记对教师素养的高度概括,为新时代教师发展提供了根本遵循."教育家精神"的六个方面,体现了中国共产党对人民教师的要求,体现了中华民族的精神魂脉及中华优秀传统师道文化的根脉,是中国历史上教育家群体精神特质的真实写照,具有中国教育家的独特性,同时也反映了教育本质和教师成长的规律,具有世界各国教育家的共同性.中国特有的教育家精神是中国特色教育学话语体系的标识性概念,为世界教育学发展作出了中国贡献.
Abstract
"The spirit of educators"is a high level summary of teacher literacy in the new era,providing a fundamental basis for the development of teachers in the new era.The six aspects of the"educator spirit"reflect the requirements of the CPC for people's teachers.It has the spirit of the Chinese nation and the root of Chinese excellent traditional teacher culture.It is a true portrayal of the spiritual characteristics of the group of educators in Chinese history,and has the uniqueness of Chinese educators,and also reflects the nature of education and the law of teacher growth,which share the commonality of educators from all over the world.The unique spirit of educators in China is a symbolic concept of the discourse system of Chinese characteristic pedagogy,which has made Chinese contribu-tions to teacher education worldwide.
