From the Life Development of Mr.Pan Maoyuan to See the Cultivation of Spirit of Educators
Mr.Pan Maoyuan is an outstanding educator in China.The analysis of Mr.Pan's life course based on Confucius's own account shows that the spirit of educatorship in Mr.Pan is prominently embodied in Mr.Pan's love for the nation,the country and edu-cation,the spirit of continuous learning and development,the long-term concern for the basic issues of education and higher education,the broad academic vision,the keen awareness of problems and the spirit of continuous inquiry.The path of cultivating Mr.Pan's educa-tor spirit is to obtain the nourishment of individual growth from the national spirit,carry out creative practices that respond to the needs of the nation and the times,and then return to the national spirit and complete the transcendence of the educator as a spiritual being.
