The Effect of Psychological Capital on the Repair of College Students'Entrepreneurial Failure—A Moderated Mediating Effect Model
As an important driving factor for college students to carry out entrepreneurial activities,whether psychological capital also has an important impact on the repair of college students'entrepreneurial failure is a research question of academic concern.The a-nalysis of the questionnaire data of 632 college students with entrepreneurial failure in China shows that psychological capital has a posi-tive effect on the repair of college students'entrepreneurial failure,and can positively predict the level of entrepreneurial failure repair.Failure learning and recovery orientation play a mediating role.Economic cost negatively moderates the degree of psychological capital through failure learning and recovery orientation.To promote the repair of college students'entrepreneurial failures,we can start from creating an atmosphere of tolerance for entrepreneurial failures,effectively improving the psychological capital of college students,con-structing an economic compensation mechanism for college students'entrepreneurial failures,and strengthening college students'learning preparation for entrepreneurial failures.
